Live Well East Lothian offers gentle movement and exercise classes for those living with or recovering from chronic long-term conditions or events, or even for those just wishing to improve general stability and fitness whilst increasing social connectedness. 

Our classes are held throughout East Lothian and are tiered based on participant conditions and capabilities, ensuring everyone is fully supported to get the most out of their session, with plenty of tips to take away and integrate at home. 

We aim to help all our members live well, regardless of their medical condition.

We are now offering both Online and face-to-face Classes.

Postural Stability

Our Postural Stability (or Falls Prevention) classes are designed to aid those who feel their balance is beginning to decline, or those who have recently suffered from a fall. Within the class we work on a variety of different exercises, with the aim of improving your confidence and stability when standing, walking and moving around.

Level 1

These classes are focused on providing specialist instructor support

Level 2

The Level 2 classes are based around performing gentle exercise and targeted movement
